Maruson Technology  Corp. RMA Policy

1. All items should be put in original package & Maruson doesn’t respond in
   shipping damages without original package.

2. The related invoices should be faxed along with this form for all items;
   otherwise they will be  processed as Out Of Warranty and will bill parts,
   labor, plus S&H fee.

3. $19.95 S&H fee will be applicable for each item if purchased date was
   over 1 year but the item is still under warranty.

4. For any DOA (Dead On Arrival) item replacement, credit registration,
   and resell-able condition, please call the related salesperson for details.

5. Warranty term and condition will depend on different items. Please refer
   to Warranty Card.
