                                                  TriPro Corp. (Placentia, CA.) manufacturer and distributor of Uninterruptible Power
                                        Supplies will consolidate all of the company’s activities and business under the
                                        brand name and logo: Maruson Technology, Beginning in April 2005. The Maruson
                                        Technology brand will define the structure of our operations at what we do best
                                        manufacture Uninterruptible Power Supplies.
